Description

Many geometry creation tools from the Draft and Arch workbenches allow you to activate the continue checkbox. If continue mode is on, the drawing tool will restart after you finish with it, allowing you to draw another object with the same tool, without pressing the tool button again.

This allows you to create several objects in a row until you deactivate the continue checkbox or exit the tool.

Usage

  1. Select the Utilities → Toggle continue mode option from the menu.
  2. Invoke a command that supports continue mode, Draft Line or Arch Wall for example.
  3. Note that you can also toggle continue mode in the task panel of the command by pressing T or clicking the Continue checkbox.
  4. Create your geometry.
  5. Press Esc or the Close button to finish the command.
  6. Continue mode is now switched off.
