Description

The Parallel horizontal tool creates many cascaded horizontal dimensions.

Usage

  1. Select many vertexes (1) to (4) in any order.
  2. There are several ways to invoke the tool:
    • Press the Parallel horizontal button.
    • Select the TechDraw → Extensions: Dimensions → Create Horizontal Coordinate Dimension option from the menu.
  3. All created dimensions are positioned in a cascade, starting at the left most vertex.


  • The left most vertex (1) defines the horizontal position of the dimension chain.
  • The dimension values are centered horizontally.
