Introduction
Standard Tools is not really a workbench, but rather a category of 'standard' commands and tools that can be used in all workbenches.
Tools
Most Standard Tools tools can be accessed from the standard menu. Those that are only available via a toolbar or a context menu are listed under Additional tools.
The standard menu is composed of 7 sub-menus. Each sub-menu has a dedicated page. Just click on any of the names below.

Additional tools
- Create part: Creates a new part and makes it active.
- Create group: Creates a new group.
- Make link: Creates a link. introduced in version 0.19
- Make sub-link: Creates a sub-object or sub-element link. introduced in version 0.19
- Replace with link: Replaces object(s) with new link(s). introduced in version 0.19
- Unlink: Replaces link(s) with their linked object(s). introduced in version 0.19
- Import link: Imports selected external link(s). introduced in version 0.19
- Import all links: Imports all external link(s). introduced in version 0.19
- Make link group: Creates a group of links. introduced in version 0.19
- Go to linked object: Selects the linked object and switches to its document. introduced in version 0.19
- Go to deepest linked object: Selects the deepest linked object and switches to its document. introduced in version 0.19
- Select all links: Selects all links to an object. introduced in version 0.19
- Select all instances: Selects all instances of an object. introduced in version 0.19
- Back: Restores the previous saved selection. introduced in version 0.19
- Forward: Restores the next saved selection. introduced in version 0.19
