Description
The SheetMetal AddBase command creates a sheetmetal wall from a sketch.
Usage
The tool creates a sheet based on a sketch:
- An open sketch contour gets extruded by length, creating a sheet of thickness with corners rounded to radius. The parameter bend side determines the orientation of the sheet relative to the line.
- A closed sketch contour gets extruded to a sheet of thickness. In this case length and radius are not used.
Properties
- Databend side: Bend Side. Outside, Inside, Middle
- Datamid plane: Mid Plane. Boolean
- Datarevers: Revers. Boolean
- Datalength: Length. Length of solid
- Dataradius: Radius of bend.
- Datathickness: Material thickness.
