Message definition (TechDraw ExtensionCustomizeFormat)
# Select a Balloon object or a Dimension object.
# There are several ways to invoke the tool:
#* Press the {{Button|[[Image:TechDraw_ExtensionCustomizeFormat.svg|16px]] [[TechDraw_ExtensionCustomizeFormat|Customize format label]]}} button.
#* Select the {{MenuCommand|TechDraw → Attributes/Modifications → [[Image:TechDraw_ExtensionCustomizeFormat.svg|16px]] Customize format label}} option from the menu.
# The {{MenuCommand|Customize Format}} task panel opens.
# Edit the {{MenuCommand|Format}} field using the available task panel buttons and/or the keyboard.
# The {{MenuCommand|Preview}} field shows the result of the current formatting.
# Press the {{Button|OK}} button.
