Message definition (TechDraw ExtensionCreateHorizCoordDimension)
# Optionally specify the cascade spacing with the TechDraw ExtensionSelectLineAttributes tool.
# Select three or more vertices.
# The selection order of the first two vertices determines the position of the baseline. If the vertex that is selected first is to the left of the second, the baseline is created at the leftmost vertex, else it is created at the rightmost vertex.
# There are several ways to invoke the tool:
#* 1.0: If the Dimensioning tools preference is set to Single tool (default): press the down arrow to the right of the button and select the Horizontal Coordinate Dimension option from the dropdown.
#* If this preference has a different value (and in 0.21): press the Horizontal Coordinate Dimension button.
#* Select the option from the menu.
# Coordinate dimensions with centered dimension texts are created.
