Description[edit | edit source]
Creates new mesh object by boolean operation from shapes.
Usage[edit | edit source]
- Select shapes in Tree View.
- There are several ways to invoke the tool:
- Press the
Mesh Boolean button.
- Select the OpenSCAD →
Mesh Boolean option from the menu.
- Press the
- Select Perform.
- A new mesh object is created.
Limitations[edit | edit source]
- Feature needs OpenSCAD installed and configured in Edit → Preferences.
- Tools: Replace Object, Remove Objects and Children, Refine Shape Feature, Mirror Mesh Feature, Scale Mesh Feature, Resize Mesh Feature, Increase Tolerance Feature, Convert Edges to Faces, Expand Placements, Explode Group, Add OpenSCAD Element, Mesh Boolean, Hull, Minkowski Sum
