Description

The CAM Array command creates a new path by duplicating another path several times at a certain interval distance.

Usage

  1. Select the operation you want to repeat
  2. Press the Array button
  3. Press Apply
  4. Adjust the desired properties at the data box

Properties

  • DadosType: The array type: Linear1D, Linear2D or Polar
  • DadosOffset: The spacing between the array copies for each direction
  • DadosCopies: The number of copies (not counting the original) for each direction

introduced in 1.2: The previous percentage-based jitter control has been replaced by DadosUseJitter. Jitter can be applied to polar arrays, and random rotation jitter is available for all array types.

  • DadosUseJitter: Enables random offsets and rotations for generated array copies
  • DadosJitterMagnitude: The maximum random translation in each direction
  • DadosJitterAngle: The maximum random rotation angle
  • DadosJitterSeed: The seed value for repeatable jitter
