Your FeaturePython_Custom_Properties (App::PropertyFileIncluded) edit seems incorrect
Can you verify this remark please?:
returns The contents of the file in the form of an array of bytes.
In my test the return value is a file path. Either the entered path, or (after saving and reopening) the path to a temporary file.
As an example of such a property it may be easier to use the PageResult property of a TechDraw template.

Another "don't"
Please do not add spaces in paragraph headings. Do not change ==Heading==
to == Heading ==
. It creates unnecessary work for other translators.

Some dos and don'ts
Hi Evgeniy,
- You are adding translation tags manually. This is not allowed. The Wiki software handles that. There is no way to know which tags are already in use.
- Do not add "on toolbar" when talking about buttons. It is not correct English and we never add this.
- Do not move the "see also" remarks. If you look at the Wiki you will see that this remark consistently appears first in a paragraph.
