If objects are selected when you change those values, they will receive automatically the new values. If no object is selected, the changes you make will apply to objects you will create later. At any moment, you can hit the {{Button|Apply}} button to apply current settings to selected objects. You can also do that from the tree's context menu. If a group is selected, the settings will be applied to all objects in the group. |

Description
The Draft Tray allows selecting the working plane, defining style settings, toggling construction mode, and specifying the active layer or group. The four buttons show the current settings. The Draft Tray is available in the Draft Workbench and the Arch Workbench and cannot be disabled.

- Select Plane: selects the current Draft working plane.
- Set style: sets the default style for new objects.
- Toggle construction mode: switches Draft construction mode on or off.
- AutoGroup: changes the active Draft Layer or, optionally, the active Std Group or group-like Arch object.
